Placing an order through WhatsApp
The Order Now button opens WhatsApp with the selected item information to begin a conversation. An order is only placed when Woodoria and the customer separately agree on the exact specification, total charges, delivery arrangements and acceptance terms. Do not make a payment based solely on a website image or an unverified message.
Delivery and access
Delivery availability, charges, timings, assembly and any installation or handling services depend on the furniture and destination and must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Customers should check door, lift, stair and access measurements for large pieces.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Terms for cancellations, modifications, made-to-order pieces, returns and refunds should be confirmed in writing for the relevant item before an order is agreed, subject to applicable consumer law. Where an item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed specification, contact Woodoria promptly with photographs and the order discussion/reference.
